Greg Perrine has joined Murow Development Consultants after 12 years at Moote Companies. Greg will assume the position of CEO as Founder/CEO/CFO Steve Murow will maintain the title of Chairman and CFO. Steve and Greg will focus on strategic direction of the company as Perrine will enhance current operations. Tim Markel, President and COO will continue to lead the company’s market transition plan and operations
Perrine received his BA in Business Administration, Finance and Entrepreneurship from Chapman University in 2006 and an MBA (Finance) from Chapman in 2015.
Perrine will join 62 other Teammates working on 259 projects in the land development arena involving entitlement & due diligence, cost estimates, bid administration, project management, construction management, dry utility consulting, CFD reimbursements, bond exoneration and expert witness & litigation support services throughout the western United States.
