Governing Law. The number of arbitrators shall be one and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the place of arbitration shall be Dallas, Texas. If the user resides in a foreign jurisdiction, the laws of England and Wales shall govern the dispute and the place of arbitration shall be London, England. THE USER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE OR SHE IS GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE ALL DISPUTES IN COURT BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY.
