Project Summary
Murow Development Consultants provided General Engineering Contracting and Construction Management Oversight at the 20-acre Palmyrita Court Commercial Multi-Tenant Property in Riverside, CA. The LBA Realty property had a large slope eroding into and underneath the parking lot, threatening the adjacent structure. The Emergency Erosion Control Project consisted of stabilization and re-compaction of the slope, installation of reinforced concrete pipe storm drain, and the installation of three graded inlet drains. All work was completed with in-house personnel, available 7-days a week for emergency work.
