Building Relationships With Agencies During Bond Exoneration

One of the most integral aspects of the bond exoneration process is to build relationships with employees at the agency(s) that is the listed obligee of the bond(s) for your particular project.  These relationships include: inspectors, engineers, planners, employees at the counter – basically anyone you come in contact with associated to the project.  The importance of building relationships may seem obvious, but the human element in dealing with bond exoneration can be just as important as actually finishing punch list work and filing the proper bond release paperwork.  Navigating all levels of public government is necessary in order to be successful with exonerating builder / developer’s bonds.  Not having these relationships in place can greatly hinder the bond exoneration efforts, as well as make it more time consuming, costly and onerous to handle.

The Murow Development Consultants Bond Exoneration team has worked with over 30 agencies and has built solid relationships in each one – so much so that we are able to leverage these relationships in order to successfully see projects through to full bond release.  The more familiarity you can develop with the various agencies the better – It can make it easier to quickly have projects closed out, and the agencies have the confidence of you knowing their particular bond exoneration process.  This ultimately increases your chances of having your bonds expeditiously released on any current project, as well as ensures the process can be duplicated on future projects as well.

Please see below for a handful of the agencies that Murow Development Consultants has worked with and successfully gotten bonds exonerated with on behalf of our clients.
