Project Summary

Cedar Lane is a new residential community located on Cedar Boulevard just south of the 880 Freeway in Newark, California. The community consists of a 4.5-acre site with a mixture of 82 residential townhome style condominium units. There are 11 separate buildings within this luxury community with 5 different floor plans, ranging from 1,486 sf to 2,114 sf. Prices start in the mid $700,000’s. Murow Development Consultants provided Vertical Construction Management Oversight services through the build-out of the townhome style condominiums.
