Murow Development Consultants provided General Engineering Contracting and Construction Management Oversight at the 20-acre Palmyrita Court Commercial Multi-Tenant Property in Riverside, CA. The Parking Lot Project scope of work included: mass grading, detention basin and swale; ADA compliance handy cap parking as well as, a semi-truck parking lot; electrical installation and upgrading for building and parking lot lights; landscape and irrigation features; and underground house removal and disposal.
