Project Summary

The Glen at Scripps Ranch, is a 53-acre retirement community, offering independent living apartment-style homes and a complete package of services to fit their needs. Murow Development Consultants managed the construction during many phases of the land development including; bid administration, onsite construction management of the mass grading and clearing operations, underground infrastructure improvements including sewer, storm drain, domestic and recycled water, fire water and dry utility improvements. Project stayed on schedule despite a wetland preserve with habitat mitigation zones and several weeks of heavy rain. The Murow Development Consultants construction management team worked diligently with local agencies to maintain the integrity of the land and compliance with City and County storm water regulations.
