Murow Development Consultants has been awarded the Construction Management contract for the Menifee Town Center development being built by Regent Properties. The project includes grading, wet utilities and street improvements. In addition, Murow Development Consultants will manage the 4.55 Acre City park and will serve as the General Contractor for the $4.5M Recreation Center and associated site improvements. Geoff Clark will serve as Sr. Project Manager, Pete Valia will manage the site development and Jeremiah Mead will manage the Rec Center building construction.
