Project Summary
Murow Development Consultants contracted and supervised the stabilization of approximately 880 linear feet of the perimeter block wall at the Sonrisas Townhomes Project in Murrieta, CA. Eagle lift, Inc. was contracted to use a foam injection process to stabilize and further compact the soil under and around the wall footings in question. Two area storm drain sections of “sag” were removed and replaced in order to recreate the proper fall for drainage within the system, and sidewalks which had settled due to poor compaction were lifted and leveled using Eagle lift’s foam injection process. Re-landscaping and tree removal was also accomplished on the property as necessary
